What connects us?
Blok Vilima Korajca consists of nine residential buildings located on three parcels, bounded by larger roads and greenery.
In addition to space, we share a number of practical topics: environmental maintenance, traffic, parking, safety, waste, municipal works and the quality of life in the neighborhood.
Construction and management
Pionir was the developer and builder of the block. Mepa Stan and Zapad Stan now manage the buildings.
GIP Pionir
Investor and Block BuilderGIP Pionir is a Zagreb-based construction company founded in 1991, focused primarily on construction and construction of investment facilities. Pionir was an investor and builder of our block.
Mepa Stan
Buildings A, B, C, D, F, M and N K after handoverMepa Stan is engaged in the management, maintenance and cleaning of residential and other facilities. Prior to the handover of the apartments, Pionir chose Mepa Stan as the manager of the buildings A, B, C, D, F, M and N, which Mepa Stan has managed since then. Building K is part of Pionir's project, and Pionir will set up Mepa Stan before its handover as manager.
eObjekt gives co-owners online access to building account statements and reports, including information about the building’s finances and maintenance reserve fund.
Zapad Stan
Building EZapad Stan is an independent manager who deals with the management and maintenance of residential buildings. In our block he manages the building E.
eSuvlasnik lets you personally review maintenance charges, overpayments and arrears, building income and expenditure, maintenance plans and other documents.
Building K: Pionir will appoint Mepa Stan as the managing agent before handover.
Garages and complex buildings
The garages are located below the buildings and connect them into wholes called ‘complex buildings’.
There are four garage units in the block:
- EDF Under Buildings E, D and F
- ABC Under Buildings A, B and C
- MN Under Buildings M and N
- K Under the K building.
They were built using waterproof reinforced concrete, known locally as the “white tank” construction method.
