Electricity bill

The quickest option is direct registration without creating an account. On your latest bill, find the the Contract Account Number and billing metering point number (OMM), enter your email address and confirm it with the PIN sent to you.

Water bill

Complete the official online request to stop paper delivery. The form asks for details from your bill, including your customer reference and metering pointand basic personal and contact details.

Consolidated utility bill and municipal charges

In Holding centar, open “Pregled i upravljanje jedinstvenom uplatnicom” (view and manage your consolidated bill) and sign in through e-Građani. You can choose digital delivery there. This covers the items combined on your consolidated bill, such as waste collection and municipal charges.

Email or your e-Građani inbox? Holding offers its consolidated bill by email, while e-Građani can also deliver it to your Personal User Inbox. Check which channel you have chosen before saving.

HEP Toplinarstvo

Heating bill

In the Moj račun za toplinsku energiju app, open “Računi” (Bills) and select “Aktiviraj e-račun” (Activate e-billing). To register, you will need your customer details and the payment reference number from one of your last three bills.

If you do not want to create an account, HEP also accepts a written request by email. Include your customer reference and the email address where you want to receive bills.

Choose your managing agent. For building E, Zapad Stan has a dedicated official form, so you can switch to digital delivery without writing your own request.
